Garrett Golding

Garrett Golding is a senior business economist at the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas. In this role, he analyzes trends in the global crude oil market, geopolitics, and the energy transition. Before joining the Dallas Fed, Golding held various positions as a staff member in the US House, Rapidan Energy Group, and Pioneer Natural Resources. A native of the Dallas area, Golding earned a BA in political science from Baylor University and an MA in national security and strategic studies from the US Naval War College. He is a term member with the Council on Foreign Relations.
