Gilberto Marmolejo

Gilberto Marmolejo, SPE, serves as a logistics planner at NexMile, a NexTier Company. He holds a BS in biotechnology with minors in chemistry and microbiology from the University of Houston-Downtown (UHD) and an MBA with a supply chain concentration and graduate certificate in project management from the Marilyn Davies College of Business at UHD.

He has been supporting the development of unconventional resources in numerous fronts ranging from characterizing sustainable stimulation, completion, and remediation chemicals to streamlining material sourcing and last-mile operations. An SPE member since 2018, he serves as chair of the SPE Gulf Coast Section Young Professionals.
