Joe Sinnott

Joe Sinnott is an executive coach and 15-year energy industry veteran who helps oil and gas leaders regain and sustain success for themselves, their teams, and their organizations. As founder of Witting Partners, Sinnott provides practical and proven tools to identify and flush away the hidden—and often toxic—barriers that can unwittingly damage long-term performance.

Sinnott’s unique blend of industry insight, technical know-how, and professional coaching leverages his experience as an offshore field engineer with Schlumberger followed by a number of functionally diverse leadership roles for EQT Corporation as it evolved into America’s largest producer of natural gas. Sinnott holds a degree in chemical engineering from the University of Notre Dame.
