Jose Daniel Martinez Pabón

Jose Daniel Martinez Pabón is a petroleum engineer and the founder of Hocol Group, Inc., a Massachusetts company working on technical standardization and documentation traceability for energy infrastructure. He began his career in Colombia analyzing real-time drilling parameters and managing inhibited drilling-fluid systems at Schlumberger Surenco and Datalog Technology. He now works on how project information is organized so that engineering decisions remain defensible years after they are made. He holds an MSc in hydrocarbon industry management from Universidad Viña del Mar, a petroleum engineering degree from Universidad Industrial de Santander, and Colombian professional licensure (CPIP Reg. 6199).
