Mobolaji Adediran

Mobolaji Adediran is an electronics engineer and senior leader at the world's largest oilfield services company, where she manages the company’s US Oilfield Services Learning Center, overseeing a $15 million annual budget and training more than 7,000 professionals each year. With over a decade of experience across engineering, workforce strategy, and sustainability, she has held leadership roles in the US and the UK, including serving as well construction lead instructor and Europe workforce manager.
