Mohamed Adel Gabry, SPE, is a petroleum engineer and research assistant PhD candidate at the University of Houston, with over 13 years of experience in conventional and unconventional reservoir development. His expertise includes hydraulic fracturing design, acid stimulation, well completions, and production optimization. Co-inventor of three patent-pending methods, he has applied continuous wavelet transforms for subsurface event detection and fracture diagnostics. With over 35 publications in journals such as SPE Journal, Geoenergy Science and Engineering, and MDPI Energies, he has made significant contributions to the field. His recent work focuses on developing innovative technologies that integrate machine learning models to enhance digital E&P operations, emphasizing advanced fracture diagnostics, well optimization, and reservoir management.
