Rose Mulwa

Rose Mulwa is the human resource business partner for a multinational oil and gas company’s North America geomarket. With more than 16 years of industry experience leading HR functions across seven countries, she has developed a unique global perspective and deep understanding of the energy sector’s complexities and requirements in the talent domain.

In her current US-based role, she is responsible for strategic workforce planning, overseeing people, productivity, and employee engagement initiatives that drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge in diverse markets.

She holds a bachelor’s degree from Moi University in Nairobi, Kenya, and an MS in leadership and human resource development from Louisiana State University. Additionally, she is an accredited HR business partner from Insight222, and holds the Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) certification. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the affiliated HR Houston-Human Resource Management Association.
