Tom McDonald

Tom McDonald is a partner and business development consultant at Sherlock Resources, a specialty recruiting and talent management firm focused on engineering, scientific, and technical disciplines. McDonald has more than 25 years of experience including business development, operations, client management, finance, accounting, startups, and market development in a wide variety of industries. He is the author of the book Paving the Way: Innovation, Talent, and the Path Forward. McDonald holds a BS degree in management from the University at Buffalo and an MBA from the University of North Florida.
