At the Regional Section Officers Meeting, which took place on 16 September 2017 at AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow, Poland. The meeting was hosted by the SPE Poland Section and was organized by SPE Regional Director for South, Central, and East Europe at that time, Matthias Meister.
