SPE Africa’s Data Science and Engineering Analytics Technical Section (DSEATS) has announced the launch of the Petroleum Data Science & Engineering Analytics Academy, a free, virtual program designed to help participants build data-driven capabilities for the energy industry.

The academy is tailored for students and professionals seeking to bridge petroleum engineering domain knowledge with practical skills in data science, machine learning, engineering analytics, and artificial intelligence. No prior experience is required.

The program begins on 19 February and is delivered entirely online at no cost to participants.
