SPE offers a variety of resources for graduates including free access to career development articles, videos, podcasts, and more. Graduating student chapter members are eligible to receive one free year of an SPE professional membership.

Organizers are calling on early-stage innovators that can advance the energy space to compete for recognition and cash prizes at the upcoming SPE Annual Technology Conference and Exhibition (ATCE).

SPE Journal has issued a call for papers for the 11th Comparative Solution Project (CSP) Special Issue. Organized by guest editors Anthony Kovscek (Stanford University) and Knut-Andreas Lie (SINTEF), submissions that are both directly and indirectly related to the 11th CSP will be accepted.

The consortium will leverage the oil and gas industry's 100+ years of experience and technological developments in drilling and subsurface engineering to advance geothermal.

The selection was made after a 6-month global search led by an SPE Board-appointed search committee.

Starting in January 2024, SPE Journal, SPE Drilling & Completion, SPE Production & Operations, and SPE Reservoir Evaluation & Engineering will consolidate into a single journal, SPE Journal.

The TWA Editorial Committee is accepting nominations for "TWA Energy Influencers 2023: Young Professionals Who ENERGIZE Our Industry.” Nominate a YP by 1 June 2023.

Olivier Houzé is the nominee for 2025 SPE President. He and six others make up the new slate of nominees recommended for positions open on the SPE International Board of Directors.
