To turn the spotlight on YPs' contributions to the industry, the TWA Editorial Committee is accepting nominations for "TWA Energy Influencers 2021: Young Professionals Who ENERGIZE Our Industry.”

When a graduate student leaves his or her native country, the inherent assumption is that upon return he or she will bring back top-notch expertise and technological knowhow for industrial innovation and growth. This transition is often much harder than anticipated.
