  • The SPE Mexico Section created the Young Professionals (YPs) Committee in 2015 and held its first YP meeting in November in the City of Villahermosa, Tabasco. Recently, they got together to learn more about continuing education and online education offered by top schools in the region.
  • The SPE Turkey Section supports four SPE student chapters—the Middle East Technical University (METU) Chapter; Middle East Technical University–Cyprus Chapter; Istanbul Technical University (ITU) Chapter; and Batman University Chapter—and works to connect each chapter and its instructors with each of the other three chapters and their instructors.
