Bo Hu

Bo Hu, SPE, is the director of data science and AI at ConocoPhillips, where she leads teams in developing and deploying advanced AI and machine learning solutions across diverse petrotechnical fields including geoscience, reservoir engineering, wells and production operations, and business functions such as supply chain, finance, and commercial. She has 20 years of experience in the energy sector, including 9 years as a data scientist for various organizations. Hu serves in advisory roles for academia and professional societies, such as the SPE Data Science and Engineering Analytics Board, and holds a PhD degree in electrical and computer engineering from the University of Alberta.
