Raghu Yabaluri

Raghu Yabaluri, SPE, is a senior managing director at Black & Veatch and the global fuels and natural gas leader for the infrastructure advisory practice. He has 20 years of experience in strategy, project management, operations, exploration, and digital transformation across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. Before joining Black & Veatch, Yabaluri served as a partner at PwC Strategy and Deloitte, where he built an oil and gas operations-focused strategy and digital consulting practice. He also led offerings focused on gas value chains, decarbonization, hydrogen, and carbon capture, use, and storage. As an executive at Shell, Yabaluri led multiple exploration projects and, as a geoscientist, discovered over a billion barrels in hydrocarbons and delivered strategic projects in Kazakhstan. He also led integrated business planning and operations at Cairn India to deliver record production and profits. He holds an MBA degree from INSEAD and a master’s degree in electrical engineering from Stanford University.
