Shivani Vyas

Shivani Vyas is Sales Manager at Odessa Separator Inc. in Midland, Texas. She previously served as Business Development Manager and Technical Services Engineer, supporting separation and production equipment applications across the Permian Basin. Her work spans field support, application engineering, and customer engagement, with a focus on production optimization and facility performance. Vyas began her career as a reservoir simulation engineering intern at Joshi Technologies, where she worked on dual-porosity modeling, reservoir characterization, and waterflood simulation studies. She holds a bachelor’s degree in petroleum engineering from Texas Tech University. She is active in SPE and currently chairs the SPE Artificial Lift Technical Section. Vyas has also been involved with the Society of Women Engineers and other professional development organizations, supporting mentorship and industry engagement initiatives.
