Phoenix Petroleum, an independent petroleum contracting company, named Henry Albert "Bong" Fadullon as its chief operating officer, replacing Romeo De Guzman. Fadullon has more than 25 years' experience in the petroleum industry most recently serving as general manager for Shell Shared Services' global businesses. De Guzman will become vice chairman of Phoenix's board of directors and senior strategic adviser. He joined the company in 2009.
