Neptune Energy will appoint David Hemmings as its vice president of business development early next month. Hemmings joins the company from Rothschild & Co., where he most recently served as managing director of the energy and power team with a focus on the oil and gas industry. He previously worked for Dresdner Kleinwort Benson and Bank of America
Hemmings holds a BSc in industrial chemistry and an MSc in petroleum engineering from Imperial College, London University.
