Borets appointed David Langley as North American health, safety, and environment (HSE) manager. Langley, who will be based in Houston, will be responsible for developing and implementing new HSE policies and programs within the company. Langley has received accreditation as a certified safety professional by the Board of Certified Safety Professionals and as a certified fire protection specialist from the National Fire Protection Association. He holds a BS in organizational management from Bethel University and an MS in operations management from the University of Arkansas.
