C&J Energy Services appointed Jan Kees van Gaalen CFO. He is expected to join C&J on 17 September. Mike Galvan, who has served as C&J's interim CFO since March when Mark Cashiola resigned, will continue in his position as senior VP-chief accounting officer, reporting to van Gaalen. Van Gaalen has more than 35 years of global experience in business analytics, treasury, audit, business development, and commercial management. He has served as VP and CFO of Kennametal since September 2015. Before that, van Gaalen served as executive VP and CFO of Dresser-Rand Group, and he previously held several financial leadership positions including VP and teasurer for Baker Hughes, and VP financial and CFO for PT Vale Inco TBK (formerly PT Inco TBK) in Jakarta, Indonesia.
