Swire Oilfield Services named John Bruce Rae-Smith as its chief executive officer. Rae-Smith has been with the company since 1985 in various roles, notably as managing director of Swire Pacific Offshore. Most recently, he served as director of Swire Pacific and executive director of the company’s trading and industrial division. He holds a master of arts degree in engineering from the University of Cambridge.
