SPE has made the difficult decision to stop printing and mailing JPT magazine as a cost-savings measure as of the November 2020 issue. For now, this change will be effective only through March 2021 but may extend as we consider future economic conditions and member response.
To provide more access any time or place, the October issue of JPT includes a new digital edition, open to all as a preview for October. But more than just a standard flip-book, JPT and its family of digital publications will soon feature:
- Article pop-outs for you to read an entire article without turning pages
- Links in articles to other related resources
- Archive back to January 2020
- Search feature that works within the current issue or the archive
- Coming soon: An app for iOS or Android operating system
- Coming soon: Article translations using Google Translate
Beginning in November, login will be required for acccess, and access will be limited to SPE members who previously received a print JPT.
All members will still have access to the JPT website (which will also be changing soon) and to the PDF of the issue, providing a variety of options to suit your lifestyle and reading preferences.
