Enerplus Corporation announced the appointment of Karen Clarke-Whistler to its board of directors. In 2018, Clarke-Whistler retired as chief environment officer at TD Bank Group after 10 years with the company. Prior to that, she spend more than 15 years working as an environmental consultant to clients in North America, South America, Europe, and Africa. Clarke-Whistler holds a bachelor’s degree in ecology from the University of Toronto and a master’s degree in land resource science from Canada’s University of Guelph.
