Lauren Engineers and Constructors promoted Randy Lipps to president, Tom Modisett to chief financial officer (CFO), and Cody Bryant to senior vice president. Lipps, who also serves as Lauren’s executive vice president and chief operating officer, joined the company in June. He began his career in construction management and was previously the executive vice president at two engineering and construction management firms. He holds a BS in mechanical engineering from Old Dominion University. Modisett and Bryant joined Lauren in 2006. Modisett has more than 40 years of experience in finance and accounting management in both public and privately held companies. He previously served as general manager at Clearwire, a wireless communications provider, and as CFO and vice president of finance at Titan Towers, an infrastructure provider. He holds a bachelor’s of business administration in accounting from the University of Texas at Arlington. Bryant has more than 25 years of experience in industrial construction. He was previously vice president of construction services at Lauren.
