Marine and offshore engineering consultancy Aqualis Offshore has named Mark McNeil Cassidy as country manager in Qatar. Cassidy has 24 years of offshore oil and gas experience, having joined Aqualis from a role with Global Maritime. He has previously held positions as principal surveyor for DNV GL in Qatar, and as a master with Gulf Offshore North Sea.
