Aberdeen Harbour, a marine support center for oil and gas, appointed Michelle Handforth as the port's new CEO. Handforth has 20 years of board and leadership experience in global multisite business. Before joining the Aberdeen Harbour board, she was managing director of Babcock Offshore Helicopters and has served on the boards of First Choice, Sea Containers, Aviva, Veolia Transdev, and as general manager for Sydney Ferries. She holds a BA (hons) law degree and is qualified as a barrister.
