The Industry Technology Facilitator has appointed Richard Luff to its board as a nonexecutive director. Luff, who currently serves as senior vice president at Intecsea, has more than 40 years’ experience in the oil and gas sector. He has worked in subsea industries around the world, including Saudi Arabia, Norway, Brazil, and the United States. In 2007, he joined a startup company that successfully developed a fiber-optic seabed permanent reservoir monitoring system. He became the head of Intecsea’s Europe and Africa regional operations in 2012.
