Riserless light well intervention (RLWI) offers several advantages over riser-based intervention. Traditionally, only wireline and slickline services could be performed in riserless mode. Thus, if coiled tubing (CT) were required, typically it was necessary to switch to a riser-based intervention. The introduction of riserless coiled tubing (RLCT) addresses this issue, enhancing capabilities for a wide range of operations.
