The Petroplan Group appointed Rory Ferguson as its chief executive officer (CEO). Ferguson joins the organization from the recruitment firm Lawrence Harvey, where he spent 5 years as group managing director. Prior to that, he spent 4 years at Hydrogen, another recruitment firm. A former officer in the British Army, Ferguson holds a BA in history from the University of Southampton.
