Siccar Point Energy has awarded a front-end engineering and design (FEED) contract to Sembcorp Marine Rigs & Floaters for the design of a Sevan cylindrical FPSO for its Cambo field development in the UK North Sea. In addition to the FPSO contract, Baker Hughes, a GE company, is undertaking other FEED work for wells, subsea, and riser systems. Genesis is also working on a gas export pipeline. Sembcorp Marine has contracted KBR for topsides design and integration support, with work being carried out in Singapore and Norway.
