UniversalPegasus named Tom Davison as senior vice president of onshore operations. Davison joined the company from Jacobs Engineering, where he served as vice president of upstream oil and gas. Previously, he spent 16 years as the director of onshore facilities at Mustang Engineering. He has worked on major pipeline projects and international oil and gas production facilities projects. In his 33 years of experience, he has managed large production and pipeline projects in North and South America, Russia, Africa, India, and southeast Asia. Davison is an alumnus of Southern Illinois University.
