While the UAE prepares to celebrate its Golden Jubilee—it’s 50th year of unification—the Abu Dhabi International Petroleum Exhibition and Conference (ADIPEC) continues to honor projects, innovators, and ideas at the forefront of the energy industry’s transformation. The conference was held 15–18 November.
During its 11 years, the ADIPEC Awards have evolved to embrace and recognize feats in digitalization, sustainability, research, innovation, partnerships, and young talent. More than 700 entries from more than 50 countries were judged for the ADIPEC Awards by the Technical Committee and Selection Committee.
“We need to look ahead to the next decade, be visionary, and embrace the new normal. We must address the new challenges and make strategic choices,” said Fatema Al Nuaimi, the CEO of ADNOC LNG and the ADIPEC Awards chairperson. “The ADIPEC Awards are designed to bring resolutions to the fore that will put the industry on a trajectory toward the future. The ADIPEC Awards shines a light on the oil, gas, and energy industry’s leading innovators, the projects, companies, and individuals exploring possibilities that can reshape our world.”
