Carlos A. Garibaldi

Carlos A. Garibaldi, SPE, is the executive secretary of Arpel, the Association of Oil, Gas and Renewable Energy Companies of Latin America and the Caribbean. He holds a professional degree in chemical engineering from the Universidad de Buenos Aires, an MS degree in petroleum engineering from the University of Tulsa, and an MBA degree from Rice University. Garibaldi has more than 40 years of experience in oil and gas and solid expertise and strong network in Latin America, general management, international business development, exploration new ventures, mergers and acquisitions, valuations, contract negotiations, strategic planning, management consulting (strategic and organizational), field development, and reservoir engineering (e.g., waterflooding, enhanced oil recovery, reserve certifications).
