Emeka Okafor

Emeka Okafor is a senior lecturer with the Department of Petroleum and Gas Engineering at the University of Port Harcourt. He holds an MS degree in mechanical and process engineering from the Technische Universitaet Darmstadt; a PhD degree in petroleum engineering from the Royal School of Mines, Imperial College London; and a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the Enugu State University of Science and Technology. Okafor is a consultant oil and gas engineer with experience in oil and gas research and development; health, safety, and environment; offshore/onshore oilfield operations; and risk-based safety.
