Tien Do

Tien Do, founder and CEO of InDZone Consulting, is focused on advancing safe, sustainable, and affordable energy solutions. Her journey began in a remote village that did not have electricity, instilling in her a profound appreciation for energy access and its role in enhancing quality of life. Do’s expertise was honed through roles at both E&P and service companies, including roles as a completions advisor at Whiting Petroleum where she specialized in completions optimization and frac geometry control. Her 8 years at SLB in operations and completions involved diverse stimulation projects across US basins. She is the author of two SPE papers on completions techniques and has received other accolades for her technical contributions. Beyond her professional pursuits, Do is a board member of the Colorado Women in Oil and Gas Association.
