Willow Liu

Willow Liu, SPE, is chief scientist at Medeng, a flow research and technology company. She has more than 30 years of experience in multiphase flow measurement research and technology development across biomedical and oil and gas applications. Liu’s work focuses on advancing flow measurement, modeling, and emerging measurement technologies. She also serves in leadership roles across multiple SPE technical committees and initiatives.
