Willow Liu

Willow Liu, SPE, is chief scientist for several technology companies, including MEDENG Technologies, where she leads research and product innovation in advanced multiphase-flow measurement. She holds an MS degree in engineering science and mechanics (biofluid mechanics) from Georgia Tech. With more than 25 years of experience across biomedical and oil and gas applications, Liu now focuses on emissions measurement and management. She also serves as vice chairperson of the SPE Methane Technical Section.
