Noble Corp. announced that Robert W. Eifler, SPE, will succeed Julie J. Robertson as president and CEO of the company at the close of the company's next annual general meeting of shareholders. Robertson will resign as president and CEO and will become executive chairman of the company's board of directors. Eifler will stand for election to the board of directors.
