As previously noted, an election is being held for 3 open positions on the Board of Directors. The election is now open. All professional members of SPE as of 12:01 am CDT on August 12 are eligible to vote.
All eligible voters are being notified by email of this opportunity, and the online election company hired to manage the election will send periodic reminders to those who have not voted. The election will be open through the end of day Sunday, September 11. Results will be available following the close of the election.

There you will learn about the Board roles and responsibilities of the three positions, along with information about the Board-approved candidate and the petition candidate for each role. Short bios are shared on the page, but members are encouraged to look at the candidates’ full CV’s, record of SPE service, and responses to the seven questions asked of all candidates for the Board.
Voting will require that you login with your SPE.org login to validate your membership. This is the same login you use to get a copy of your dues bill and pay your dues online.
