Goodnight Midstream has named Andrejka Bernatova as its CFO. Bernatova has entrepreneurial leadership experience, as well as experience in corporate finance and capital markets within the oil and gas industry. She comes to Goodnight Midstream from Core Midstream, where she was the co-founder and also served as executive vice president and CFO. Prior to that, she was the VP of finance and investor relations at PennTex Midstream Partners. She has held investment roles at the Blackstone Group and Mubadala Development Company, as well as investment banking roles at Morgan Stanley and Credit Suisse.
Bernatova holds an AB in government from Harvard University.
