Lourdes Guiñazú

Lourdes Guiñazú is an operations manager with over 25 years of industry experience, specializing in management across various disciplines and countries. She also serves as a professor at Universidad Nacional de Cuyo, Argentina.

An active member of SPE, she has held roles such as Chair of the Patagonia Section, D&I Chair for the Patagonia Section, Chair of the D&I Standing Committee, and Board Member of the Management Technical Section.

In 2021, she received the SPE Latin America and Caribbean Regional Management Award.

She holds petroleum engineering and project manager degrees from the Universidad Nacional de Cuyo (Argentina) and a diploma in business leadership from IESE (Spain).
