Pam Wertz

Pam Wertz is the chief development officer (CDO) for IPA. As the CDO, she is responsible for activities to develop IPA’s global business through adding new clients and new markets and working with the CEO, the product portfolio officer, and product development leaders to add new products. She is responsible for supporting business area managers in their efforts and ensuring infrastructure is in place for effective business development and client engagement efforts. She also holds an important role working with the IPA board of directors because of her holistic view of IPA’s business, customer relationship management approach, dedication to work process, and overall leadership skills.

She joined IPA in 1995 as a project analyst. She has served in various business area management and corporate leadership roles. Prior to becoming the CDO, Wertz was IPA’s director of quality programs. In this role, she was involved in IPA’s training and development; work process upgrades; product enhancements; general customer quality; and many strategic initiatives that led to overall improvement of IPA staff, systems, and products.

She holds an MS degree in statistics from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey, and a BS degree in mathematics, with a minor in international business, from Juniata College in Huntingdon, Pennsylvania.
