Tom Meek

Tom Meek joined Veriforce in 2016, bringing over 20 years of pipeline operations, safety, training, and regulatory compliance experience to the role of vice president of regulatory compliance.

Prior to working for Veriforce, he was responsible for the leadership of pipeline operations crews for Kinder Morgan including three compressor stations, two regional office facilities, and multiple natural gas transmission pipelines. He represented Kinder Morgan during right-of-way negotiations, state and federal regulatory safety inspections, tribal relations, landowner disputes, and public safety meetings.

Meek has expertise in pipeline operations, safety, environmental programs, operator qualification, drug and alcohol programs, technical training, state and federal regulatory compliance, operations and maintenance procedures, emergency response, and damage prevention.

He is a member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers B31Q Pipeline Personnel Qualification Standards Committee. Dedicated to public safety, he was a board member of the New Mexico State Damage Prevention Committee.
