T.D. Williamson named Chad C. Fletcher as vice president of Western Hemisphere operations. In his new role, Fletcher is responsible for strategic initiatives and daily business in the region. He has more than 25 years of experience in the energy business, starting as an engineer in the pipeline industry. He later founded a technology firm, Enginuity International, which developed combustion and emissions solutions in the pipeline industry. Dresser-Rand purchased Enginuity in 2008 and Fletcher was hired to create a newbusiness unit serving the midstream market. His most recent position was vice president of marketing and global business solutions.
