Former SPE President Publishes New Book

In May Praeger published 2006 SPE President Eve Sprunt’s book, A Guide for Dual-Career Couples: Rewriting the Rules. Her advice on ways for both individuals to achieve career success is based on a re-evaluation of traditional styles of working and focuses on productivity, flexibility, and negotiating win-win solutions. She incorporates the learnings from three SPE Talent Council surveys, a Society of Exploration Geophysicists survey, and other research studies, and conversations about the issues with management and with members of dual-career couples.
