Oceaneering appointed Jon Erik Reinhardsen to its board of directors. Reinhardsen is currently the president and chief executive officer of Petroleum Geo-Services (PGS), a marine geophysical company. Prior to joining PGS in April 2008, he served as president of global primary products growth at Alcoa for three years. He has also worked for Aker Maritime's in merger and acquisition activities, new business development, marketing and sales, and investor relations.
Reinhardsen also serves on the boards of Borregaard, Telenor, and AWilhelmsen Management. He holds an MSc in applied mathematics and geophysics from the University of Bergen.
