KrisEnergy CFO Kiran Raj has resigned from his position to pursue other interests. Raj had been the company’s CFO since 2013, coming over from Brighton Capital Advisors, a corporate finance firm he founded. During his career, Raj has been responsible for the origination and execution of more than 130 equity, equity-linked, merger and acquisition, restructuring, and valuation transactions in the Asia-Pacific region with an estimated aggregate transaction value in excess of $11 billion. He previously worked for CLSA Asia-Pacific Markets, leading the company’s Southeast Asia investment banking execution business.
