HydroFlo’s MaxiSep “enhanced gravity” oil/water separator follows API design parameters, and can be outfitted with unlimited varieties of parallel plate media. Its internal media can be flushed with water and reused for several years, and its design allows for the installation of sludge augers or surface drag skimmers as a company’s process or discharge requirements change. Standard units can be manufactured for flows of 5 to 3,000 gal/min in a single above grade tank. Available options include access platforms with a ladder or stairs, automatic sludge pump-out packages, and chemical pretreatment systems.
