The SPE Board of Directors is seeking innovative initiatives to support and engage SPE's young professional (YP) members.

SPE International is seeking new and novel ideas to boost YPs' engagement and professional development with its programs. To better represent our global YP members, we are looking for your help to develop or improve programs, events, resources, and initiatives that will help YPs around the world.

All ideas will be reviewed by the SPE Young Professionals Committee (YPC). The YPs with the best suggestions will be invited to collaborate with the YPC to refine and develop their ideas, with the aim of presenting their proposals to the SPE Board of Directors at a virtual meeting in July.

Proposals should include aims, processes, financial requirements, potential risks, and key performance indictors (KPIs).

Ideas should have a global perspective and focus on supporting the development and growth of YP members (professional members from graduation to under the age of 35).
