The Offshore Technology Conference (OTC) has named the 2022 recipients of the Spotlight on New Technology Award. A total of 14 companies, including seven small businesses, were recognized this year for their breakthrough hardware and software technologies.

The Emerging Leaders Program recognizes young professionals with fewer than 10 years of experience in the offshore energy sector. This year’s class will be honored during a special ceremony during the conference on 3 May.

Fennex has picked up more than £250,000 in new contacts as well as the Innovation Award at the SPE Aberdeen Offshore Achievement Awards.

This prestigious award is presented to OTC exhibitors who are revolutionizing the future of offshore energy through technological advancement and innovation. A total of 14 companies, including seven small businesses, were recognized this year for their breakthrough hardware and software technologies.

The awards will be presented at the Offshore Technology Conference in Houston in May.

The Abu Dhabi National Oil Company took four of the nine awards presented at the 2021 Abu Dhabi International Petroleum Exhibition and Conference.

Every year, SPE recognizes members who have made an exceptional effort to ensure the technical excellence of the Society’s peer-reviewed journals. For their contributions, the following individuals are recipients of the 2021 Outstanding Technical Reviewer Award.

Each year during its Annual Technical Conference and Exhibition (ATCE), SPE honors members whose outstanding contributions to SPE and the petroleum industry merit special distinction. Recipients were recognized last month at ATCE in Dubai.

This year, six individuals join this elite group, bringing the total membership of A Peer Apart honorees to 192 dedicated members.

These awards are designed to recognize those members who have contributed exceptional service and leadership to the Society, as well as those who have made major professional contributions to their technical disciplines at the regional level.
