The SPE Tel Aviv Section received its official charter in a ceremony at the Universal Oil and Gas Conference in Ein Bokek, Israel, in November.
Matthias Meister, SPE regional director for South, Central, and East Europe Region, presented the certificate to the section at a networking event. The section was formed in May.
